"Source: SHADOWS. This rub combines everything you need for a delicious turkey. Remember when rubbing poultry you want to get it under the skin. Skin blocks flavor, and while you might get some tasty skin it won't help the meat any. This rub is also good on any poultry. I used this rub on my turkey, minus the ginger, and it added so much flavor to the meat. Delicious! Will be used again.

Delicious! I used it on a large chicken cooked on the tabletop rotisserie. For the salt, I used an alder smoked salt for a bit of smokiness. Will be using this often on chicken.

Used this on 12 pound turkey, I left the turkey overnight to absorb all the spice flavor, the end result was fantastic! I'll use this rub again, I'm going to try it on chicken also, great rub, thanks Shadows1
