"From Super Food Ideas and their meatball feature. Timing is only for the meatballs and based on cooking in 2 batches. If you wish to make it OAMC double or treble meatball mix and then seal what you don't cook in a zip lock back, expelling air and freeze for up to 3 months (don't forget to label with date etc), defrost in fridge before proceeding with cooking."

TwisSis RIP Forever in our Kitchen

Made for the FYC Tag Game @ FF&F - I used lamb mince & made a cpl of minor chgs. Siggi isn't wild about lentils so I went a little light there. I am wild about garlic, so went heavy there. I must have done something right w/my chgs because we both liked the result w/its curry flavor in combo w/the chutney. I served your meatballs w/wild rice & fruit for dessert. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Puggs

These were good, I love lentils that's why I chose this recipe to make but I'm not sure about the added lentils here, they produced an odd texture for the meatballs, I am thinking they would have served a better purpose for a vegetarian or vegan meatball, the curry paste added a wonderful flavor, there was no mention of how much salt and pepper, I added 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper and increased the garlic to 3 cloves. I chose and made this recipe for the Billboard Tag Game. Thank you ImPat!
