Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown ground beef,garlic and onion.
Step 2
Add beef mixture to crock pot with remaining ingredients, except cheese, and mix well.
Step 3
Cook on Low for 3 1/2 hours.

Add cheese when the goulash is done, and steam until the cheese is melted.
