Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounce) tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 7 ounces dry macaroni pasta (2 cups dry)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 package (1 ounce) chili seasoning mix
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon sliced black olives (1/16 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt,
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef,garlic and onion.

  • Step 2: Add beef mixture to crock pot with remaining ingredients, except cheese, and mix well.

  • Step 3: Cook on Low for 3 1/2 hours.

  • Step 4: Add cheese when the goulash is done, and steam until the cheese is melted.
