Steel-cut oats are one of my favorite type of oats so when the opportunity came up to make these, I made sure to grab it. These came out creamy and tasty and as the instructions indicated, I did add more liquid. Used part water and part milk, fresh apples (didn’t have dry), and in addition to the dates, added some golden raisins. It was a nice combination of flavors and a wonderful wake me up.
