Step by Step Method

Step 1

Dip or Sauce ... Add everything to a small bowl and mix. I used RecipeZazz #10023 by Bergy for the salsa verde.

Step 2

For a bit 'more' tangy dip; add 2/3 cup salsa verde and 1/3 cup sour cream. For a creamier dip, add equal parts, salsa verde and sour cream. And, you can always use a plain yogurt too; just as good.

Step 3

It's that simple. I like to refrigerate 30-60 minutes before serving to let all the flavors develop. ENJOY!! As mentioned. A great dipping sauce for fried foods (vegetables or seafood). But, also good on grilled fish or chicken; and, perfect with any Mexican dish.

Maito

A tangy zesty spicy creamy sauce. I tried this with cooked and raw veggies, tortilla chips, tacos and meat. I thought I was going to like it best with tacos, but it got a little lost. I was surprised that what I liked it best with was the meat! It gave it a nice southwest flavor.
