Creamy Red Pepper Dip
"This is a good little dip. I like to serve this dip in a red pepper. Just cut the top off a red pepper in a zig-zag pattern (chop up the top, and reserve for another use or serve on your veggie tray), clean out insides of pepper removing seeds and the membranes. Then fill with this dip. Serve with assorted vegetables around the red pepper. Makes for a very pretty presentation. "
