"This is a good little dip. I like to serve this dip in a red pepper. Just cut the top off a red pepper in a zig-zag pattern (chop up the top, and reserve for another use or serve on your veggie tray), clean out insides of pepper removing seeds and the membranes. Then fill with this dip. Serve with assorted vegetables around the red pepper. Makes for a very pretty presentation. "

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Drain roasted red peppers; pat dry. Chop peppers and place in bowl. Add in the pressed garlic clove.

Step 2

Slice basil leaves by rolling them up and cutting them making little ribbons. Add basil to the peppers and garlic.

Step 3

Add sour cream, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce to bowl and gently fold everything together. Put dip into a red pepper "bowl" serve with assorted fresh cut, raw veggies.
