Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar sweet roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain roasted red peppers; pat dry. Chop peppers and place in bowl. Add in the pressed garlic clove.

  • Step 2: Slice basil leaves by rolling them up and cutting them making little ribbons. Add basil to the peppers and garlic.

  • Step 3: Add sour cream, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce to bowl and gently fold everything together. Put dip into a red pepper "bowl" serve with assorted fresh cut, raw veggies.
