Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Beat the egg yolks, salt and sour cream until incorporated.
Step 3
Heat margarine in covered oven proof skillet.
Step 4
Fold in stiff egg whites.
Step 5
Pour into skillet.
Step 6
Cover cook until bottom is browned.
Step 7
Pop in oven for 15 minutes until eggs are done.
Step 8
Mix topping.
Step 9
Cut frittata into 6 slices.
Step 10
Daub peach mixture on top.
