Yum! This was great! I made fried eggs, also because I am terrible at this stuff. Really terrible. I tried to make my pic look good so you can't see the bad looking parts. It has a sweetness and is fluffy. I turned it over. I don't know if I was supposed to, so I did. We both put maple syrup on ours. Breakfast for supper.
