Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.

Step 2

Beat together oil, eggs and pumpkin. Add to flour mixture.

Step 3

Stir in nuts and cranberries (I'm going to use dried cranberries).

Step 4

Spoon into 18 well-greased muffin cups.

Step 5

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Step 6

Turn out onto racks and cool.
