Great potato casserole! This is a perfect dish to make during the Holiday’s, Sunday dinners, potlucks and those cold winter months when a potato casserole just hits the spot along with a roasted chicken or a roast beef. I cut the recipe in half to fit into an 8 x 8-inch pyrex and cooked it longer than 30 minutes. I think I wound up cooking it either 45-60 minutes, until it was bubbly with those crusty edges that we like so much. It was a hit! Thanks so much, Lori, for sharing. Made it for FYC and Pick Me tag games.

This is a good and tasty potato dish. It is so easy to make with ingredients you usually have at home. We love dishes like this for special occasions.
