Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3

In a bowl combine the first 9 ingredients (crabmeat - cayenne).

Step 4

Scoop about 1/2 cup of the mixture and form into a 3/4 inch patty, repeat with remaining mixture until you make six patties. Spray tops of patties with Pam and place on prepared pan, sprayed side down, spray other side.

Step 5

Bake for 10 minutes and flip and bake another 10 minutes or until done.

Step 6

Serve burgers on English muffin topped with 1 tablespoon guacomole and lettuce and tomato.

I cut this down to one serving and other than not adding guacamole or tomato to the top, it was delicious! I squirted lemon on top along with some dill pickle chips, and also added Cain's olive oil mayonnaise on my Multigrain Flatbread, which I used as the bread... Very good and one I will make again. A delicious, healthy, amazing burger. I cut the recipe in half - used 8 oz. artificial crab chopped and had Horseradish Schmear on the side (recipe#13105). Served on a low cal whole wheat pita bun. When I mixed the ingredients together and put them on the baking pan I said "No way will these blobs hang together" Well they did and were easy to flip. 10 minutes each side is perfect. They are so tasty. This recipe will be made many times in the future.
