Step by Step Method

Step 1

If using frozen berries thaw them and drain thoroughly.

Step 2

In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over berries into water, let soften a few minutes.

Step 3

Place over low heat stirring frequently until gelatin is dissolved.

Step 4

In blender, combine gelatin mixture, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, Orange extract, and 1/2 cup of blueberries. Blend until smooth

Step 5

Stir in remaining berries

Step 6

Pour into bowl, chill for several hours until firm.
