Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all dressing ingredients. Place in a jar and shake, store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Makes about 1/2 cup of dressing.
Step 2
Add all the salad ingredients (orange - onion) in a bowl. Pour dressing over all and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Remove with slotted spoon; serve on lettuce of choice, if you prefer.
