Step 1

Combine mayo, vinegar, sugar in large bowl. Add sour cream to create desired consistency. Mix in coleslaw mix. Season with salt and pepper. Chill about 30 minutes before serving.

We loved this coleslaw! Used a little less sugar and was great for us. Great flavor, crunchy and appealing to the eye!

Loved this recipe! Used pre made coleslaw mix and almost followed the directions! The only change I made was with the sugar quantity. I only used 1 1/2 tablespoon's of sugar. DH is diabetic and I thought I would try it less sugar and then taste the dressing to see if it needed more. It was perfect for us.....great flavours and so creamy and delicious. Just the salad to go with our barbeque tonight. Thanks dabrat.

This is so good. I liked the addition of the sour cream with the mayo. I did give it time to sit and let the flavors come together.

I just whipped up a bowl of this coleslaw and tasted it. It is so delicious! I will have it in the fridge for about 7-8 hours today for the flavors to have time to mix even more than they are now and we will have it at our first barbecue of the year for Memorial Day. I am sure it will be loved by all those coleslaw lovers because it is so delicious!
