Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil grated onion, beets, beet juice, water, vinegar, lemon juice, salt together for 10 minutes. Chill in fridge.
Step 2
When cold, add buttermilk cucumbers and hard-boiled eggs. Put in bowl. Top with sour cream, herbs, radishes and green onion.
