Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dissolve coffee in hot water mixing until there is no granules left. Cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl beat the butter with sugar, vanilla, half and half and cooled coffee mixture. Beat with an electric mixture using medium speed until smooth, fluffy and creamy.
