Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature (or margarine, room temperature)
- 6 cups confectioners sugar
- 4 tablespoons half and half
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How to Make

Step 1: Dissolve coffee in hot water mixing until there is no granules left. Cool.

Step 2: In a large bowl beat the butter with sugar, vanilla, half and half and cooled coffee mixture. Beat with an electric mixture using medium speed until smooth, fluffy and creamy.

Step 3: Use as desired.
