The ingredients are:
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 3/4 cup butter, room temperature (or margarine, room temperature)
  • 6 cups confectioners sugar
  • 4 tablespoons half and half
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dissolve coffee in hot water mixing until there is no granules left. Cool.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl beat the butter with sugar, vanilla, half and half and cooled coffee mixture. Beat with an electric mixture using medium speed until smooth, fluffy and creamy.

  • Step 3: Use as desired.
