Step 1
Heat oven to 350, grease a baking sheet or cover with foil.
Step 2
Mix: mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and lemon juice, then add 1/8 c Parmesan & 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Arrange filets on baking sheet, spread with breadcrumb/ cheese mixture.
Step 4
Melt 1 tablespoon butter, add 1/8 cup breadcrumbs & 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Sprinkle his mixture on coated fish
Step 6
Bake 15 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork
