Cod Bakes With Dijon Mustard

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or Panko)
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 4 (24 ounces) cod fish fillets (filers 6 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon butter
How to Make

Step 1: Heat oven to 350, grease a baking sheet or cover with foil.

Step 2: Mix: mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and lemon juice, then add 1/8 c Parmesan & 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs.

Step 3: Arrange filets on baking sheet, spread with breadcrumb/ cheese mixture.

Step 4: Melt 1 tablespoon butter, add 1/8 cup breadcrumbs & 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.

Step 5: Sprinkle his mixture on coated fish

Step 6: Bake 15 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork
