The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or Panko)
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 4 (24 ounces) cod fish fillets (filers 6 oz.)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350, grease a baking sheet or cover with foil.

  • Step 2: Mix: mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and lemon juice, then add 1/8 c Parmesan & 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs.

  • Step 3: Arrange filets on baking sheet, spread with breadcrumb/ cheese mixture.

  • Step 4: Melt 1 tablespoon butter, add 1/8 cup breadcrumbs & 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle his mixture on coated fish

  • Step 6: Bake 15 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork
