Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Step 2
Mix butter, shortening, and sugar. Add in flour. Press evenly into the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
Step 3
Bake 10 minutes.
Step 4
Choose which topping you would prefer.
Step 5
To make topping beat eggs, add remaining ingredients and mix.
Step 6
Spread crust with chosen topping and bake 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
Step 7
Cool slightly and cut into bars.
