Step by Step Method
Step 1
In medium bowl, beat egg with milk, add flour, baking powder, salt and cayenne pepper.
Step 2
Beat until well blended. Stir in clams, onion and parsley.
Step 3
Heat oil to 350°F in mini-fryer.
Step 4
Drop by teaspoons and fry 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, in batches.
Step 5
Drain and serve warm.
