Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 can (6 1/2 ounce) clams, minced (well drained)
  • 2 tablespoon green onions, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • Oil, for frying

How to Make

  • Step 1: In medium bowl, beat egg with milk, add flour, baking powder, salt and cayenne pepper.

  • Step 2: Beat until well blended. Stir in clams, onion and parsley.

  • Step 3: Heat oil to 350°F in mini-fryer.

  • Step 4: Drop by teaspoons and fry 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, in batches.

  • Step 5: Drain and serve warm.
