Step 1: In medium bowl, beat egg with milk, add flour, baking powder, salt and cayenne pepper.
Step 2: Beat until well blended. Stir in clams, onion and parsley.
Step 3: Heat oil to 350°F in mini-fryer.
Step 4: Drop by teaspoons and fry 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, in batches.
Step 5: Drain and serve warm.
