"I love creamy salad dressings and sometimes shy away from the oil and vinegar type. This is the exception, I adore this simple to make dressing. It is especially good over a mixed green salad with goat cheese and oranges."

This is the perfect dressing to go over my strawberry and spinach salad. What a great flavor it had! I will have this on hand in the fridge to use often!

This is definitely easy to make & a wonderful tasting dressing, particularly with the combo of citrus, garlic & mustard! I not so fond of creamy salad dressings, so this one was right up my alley! Thanks for sharing it!
