"This is out of a Food and Wine magazine dated November 2014. You can make this ahead by preparing the recipe through Step 1 and refrigerate overnight. Cook time is chilling time."
In a pitcher, combine the brandy with the pineapple and lime juices, simple syrup and nutmeg. Refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
Stir in the club soda and serve over ice, garnished with a lemon wheel.
Note: To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water and bring to boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Let cook completely before using.
