This is a very nice tea that is thoroughly comforting. My daughter and I enjoyed it very much and it is a delicious accompaniment to a crisp cookie. Thank you dienia b! UPDATE: 18MAY2022, enjoyed this tea again and this time I added some lemon juice to the tea, yum! Enjoyed it with Dienia’s: British Cucumber And Mint Finger Sandwich https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/british-cucumber-and-mint-finger-sandwich-38524. Great accompaniment and I will have this tea again over ice. Lovely. Thank you, Dee, for sharing. Made it “For your Consideration” tag game. UPDATE, 20MAY2022: I let the tea sit with the cinnamon stick for a couple of days. The flavors intensified greatly, added some lemon juice and it was perfect to have it over ice, as the flavors were retained and the ice didn't wash it out. Great flavor and will be made again for those hot summer days!
