"Fall is now here and I find that I use a lot of cinnamon sugar for recipes. Rather than make small amounts for each recipe (each with different proportions), I like to make a batch and store it either in a jar or zip-lock bag. This one has the proportion of cinnamon and sugar that my family likes best.....especially my great grand son who loves cinnamon toast. Smile."
