What an interesting butter. I really enjoyed the deep dark coffee flavor. I used esspresso powder, that was what I had in the house. Only used half the amount listed. I love the cinnamon with the coffee. I did add a little more icing sugar. (personal preference only). This butter was wonderful served on simple french toast. I used brioche buns because the bread had turned. Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe. Made for 5 Star Gems.

O boy, this is so yummy! Since there is garlic and herb butter, too, a sweet butter spread should be the obvious thing, but the idea never entered my mind. I'm SO happy I tried this, it has become an instant staple in my kitchen. In place of the sugar I used powdered xylitol, now I have the absolutely perfect sweet keto spread. Thanks so much for posting!! Made for What's on the menu

This butter comes out perfectly flavored and creamy which was wonderful slathered over a hot baguette fresh from the oven. We also love the coffee and cinnamon flavor as it was also wonderful buttered over this morning's toast. Thank you , WhatamIgonnaeatnext, for sharing. Made it for PickMe Tag.
