Step by Step Method

Step 1

Using a Medium skillet on high heat sauté the Mexican Chorizo for about 5 – 7 min, place in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2

In the same skillet on a medium heat, add a teaspoon of olive oil (or any oil of your taste) add chopped onion, mince garlic and potatoes (cut in small cubes), stir constantly and cook for about 10 min or until potatoes are soft (if you think potatoes are way too hard, add 1/4 cup of water and cook on high-medium heat for another 10 min) add the cumin and stir.

Step 3

Add the cooked Mexican Chorizo back into the skillet, stir – mix all together and check salt and pepper.
