"Everyone has a favorite chili recipe, this is mine. You can choose your heat by which Rotel you use mild, regular or hot. During the winter this is a staple in my freezer."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large skillet brown ground chuck, sausage, onion and worchestershire sauce. Drain well.

Step 2

Transfer browned meat to a 5 quart sauce pan and add all other ingredients, except beans.

Step 3

Simmer 1 1/4 hour, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Add beans and simmer 15 minutes more.
