Cream sugars and butter

These taste great—they’re super chocolatey and are perfect with a glass of cold milk. I followed the recipe as directed (using mini semi-sweet chocolate chips as that’s what I had) but I couldn’t get the dough to come together. It seemed too dry, like almost damp sand. I added a splash of half and half to bring it together and then was able to roll it into a log to be refrigerated. This made 24 cookies.
