"I usually make this with the first chives of the season from my garden. If you don't have tarragon vinegar, feel free to use what you like. I have used part sour cream and part greek yogurt with great results. It is a very adaptable recipe. I use my homemade Thai Sriracha...a few shakes from the bottle."

I will be so happy to get my grow lights back, miss my potted up herbs! Finally managed to find some decent looking chives to make this delicious Chive dressing. Served over mixed greens, tomatoes and cucumbers. I can't wait to be making this with garden fresh! I have to agree this would make for a great dip!

I used Greek yogurt in lieu of the sour cream and it worked perfectly. Tasty dressing I used over a salad. This would also make a tasty dip!
