Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add chicken, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, chipotle peppers, and orange juice to slow cooker
Step 2
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours
Step 3
Once the chicken is done cooking, shred with two forks and stir in the lime juice and cilantro.
Step 4
To make the coleslaw, add all ingredients to a bowl and toss to combine.
Step 5
Serve chicken on warm tortillas topped with the coleslaw, and other topings of choice, such as shredded cheese, or slices of avacado
