Step 1: Add chicken, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, chipotle peppers, and orange juice to slow cooker
Step 2: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours
Step 3: Once the chicken is done cooking, shred with two forks and stir in the lime juice and cilantro.
Step 4: To make the coleslaw, add all ingredients to a bowl and toss to combine.
Step 5: Serve chicken on warm tortillas topped with the coleslaw, and other topings of choice, such as shredded cheese, or slices of avacado
