Step 1

Drain pineapple, reserve 3 tablespoons juice.

Step 2

Mix reserved juice with 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar ,ground ginger,and pepper flakes.

Cut up pork into thin strips.

In skillet, brown pork in hot oil.

Add garlic and fresh ginger.

Stir sauce
