Step 1: Drain pineapple, reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
Step 2: Mix reserved juice with 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar ,ground ginger,and pepper flakes.
Step 3: Cut up pork into thin strips.
Step 4: In skillet, brown pork in hot oil.
Step 5: Add garlic and fresh ginger.
Step 6: Cook 1 minute.
Step 7: Add onion , bell pepper and water chestnuts
Step 8: Cook 1 minute
Step 9: Add snow pea pods
Step 10: Stir sauce
Step 11: Add to skillet with pineapple.
Step 12: Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
