Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium sized bowl combine hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice cooking wine, five spice powder, chopped garlic, honey, ketchup and the hot sauce (if you are using) stir really well until completely blended. Pour over pork spare ribs and marinate for 8 hours or you could marinate 24 hours.
Step 2
Place the ribs in a well-greased roasting pan.
Step 3
Bake at 375 for about 50 minutes or until tender.
