Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients; brush over pork. In a large oven proof skillet, brown pork in oil on all sides.

Step 2

Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

The combination of flavours is awesome! So much so that when I took the tenderloins out of the pan to rest...I scraped the jus and bitties from the bottom and drizzled it over the meat. Sheer heaven! DH hummed through dinner. Will be making this again for sure. Thank you Teresa for sharing!
