Step by Step Method
Step 1
In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, currants, green onion, sunflower seeds, and chicken.
Step 2
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salad dressing, and thyme and blend well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss gently.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate before serving.
