"This is a delicious casserole that I make often and we love it. I serve it with a salad to make sure we get our vegetables for the day. Cooking time doesn't include the time it takes to cook the chicken or bacon. I often use rotisserie chicken and just dice it, and I also do my bacon in the microwave between paper towels, doubled to catch the grease and stop it from spattering. It gets nice and crispy, which is perfect for this recipe."

An absolute winner that has been added to my Favorites Cookbook. I love having a great casserole on hand for busy weekends or family stopping in. I don't know how I missed this one! Have to love the Cabela food saver that kept a cup of ham fresh and not have to wait til I do my Easter ham!

I made this with leftover ham from Easter. It is a fabulous casserole with loads of flavors that we loved. One of my favorite dishes is Chicken Cordon Bleu, so this was appealing to me in a big way! I will definitely keep this in mind for future use!
