Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grind the oats (roughly) in a small blender.
Step 2
Mix everything, except ground oats, together in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Stir in ground oats.
Step 4
Spread in a small (5 x 7) dish lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about an hour or until firm.
Step 5
Cut into 10 bars and store in a plastic lidded bowl in the refrigerator.
