Step 1: Grind the oats (roughly) in a small blender.
Step 2: Mix everything, except ground oats, together in a medium bowl.
Step 3: Stir in ground oats.
Step 4: Spread in a small (5 x 7) dish lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about an hour or until firm.
Step 5: Cut into 10 bars and store in a plastic lidded bowl in the refrigerator.
