  • 1/2 cup butter, almond (raw almond butter)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (pure)
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (ground, measure before grinding)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons milk, almond (almond milk)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grind the oats (roughly) in a small blender.

  • Step 2: Mix everything, except ground oats, together in a medium bowl.

  • Step 3: Stir in ground oats.

  • Step 4: Spread in a small (5 x 7) dish lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about an hour or until firm.

  • Step 5: Cut into 10 bars and store in a plastic lidded bowl in the refrigerator.
