Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season the pork chops.
Step 2
Heat oil in skillet, then brown chops on both sides (he flamed brandy, I'm not just add to stock).
Step 3
Add cherries, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey and stock. Simmer until almost all reduced.
Step 4
Add in brown sugar and cook until glazed.
