Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 210C/190C fan forced.
Step 2
Grease and line an oven tray with baking paper.
Step 3
Cut each pastry sheet in half.
Step 4
Using hands, squeeze excess liquid from spinach.
Step 5
Combine pork, spinach,, cheddar cheese, capsicum, breadcrumbs ad one of the egg whites in a large bowl.
Step 6
Divide mixture into 4 portions and then arrange a portion of pork mixture along centre of each piece of pastry and then roll pastry over filling to form a log.
Step 7
Using a sharp knife, cut each log into 4 pieces, place on prepared tray, seam side down and brush tops with remaining egg white.
Step 8
Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
Step 9
Serve with tomato sauce.
