Step by Step Method
Step 1
Steam cauliflower in micro wave for 5 minutes in water.
Step 2
Cook bacon, then crumble.
Step 3
Saute onion in bacon grease.
Step 4
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Step 5
Grate cauliflower. Mix in yolks onion bacon, fold in whites.
Step 6
Put into Pam sprayed inside piping bag (or ziploc bag). Chill for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Spray Pam onto baking sheet, then pipe the mixture into rounds.
Step 8
Bake 20 minutes until browned at 375 degrees.
