Put onions, hard boiled eggs, and cheese through grinder

Set aside.
Step 3
Boil together milk, sugar, vinegar, flour, salt, and butter whisking until thickened.

Pour immediately over cheese mixture while hot

Beat with a mixer.
Step 6
Let set in refrigerator overnight
Step 7
Better to spread next day.
